We have experience supplying teachers and support staff to mainstream, PRU’s (Pupil Referral Units), SEN (Special educational needs) and Alternative provision schools, colleges and trusts, and can effectively connect teachers to the right roles, and schools and academies with the best support.

Role Description

  • Supporting the existing recruitment team in placing a mixture of both permanent and temporary Teachers within schools
  • Client relationship building to service their recruitment needs
  • Talking to candidates Daily offering support and updates
  • Keeping an up to date database of people ready for work
  • Matching candidates to Schools

 

Skills and Experience (Essential):

  • Be driven and motivated to succeed
  • Tenacious and hard working
  • Understand the challenges facing schools at the moment
  • Have excellent organisational & timekeeping skills
  • Be passionate about offering great service to all candidates and be committed to securing them work

 

Skills and Experience (Desirable):

  • Previous customer service experience or experience working in recruitment

 

Qualifications:

  • Any Business-related degree

  • Yes
