Overview of Opportunity

Brooklands Property Holdings are seeking a highly motivated and talented marketing intern to join their dynamic team.  You will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and generate leads. Your primary focus will be on leveraging social media platforms and optimizing the website for better visibility and engagement.  You will collaborate closely with the management team to create compelling content, manage social media campaigns and track performance metrics, whilst supporting the delivery of annual charity events and general office duties.

Role Description

The candidate’s key duties will include:

  • Planning digital marketing for company website, SEO, email, social media, events, and property advertising
  • Maintain social media presence on the Company’s website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Rightmove, etc.
  • Report on performance digital presence
  • Design and build digital presence through graphic design and communications
  • Identify trends in digital marketing to optimise analytics
  • Collaborate with team in the execution of annual charity events
  • General office duties including answering phones and emails, filing, ordering materials for various projects.

Skills and Experience (Essential):

  • Previous experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO, analytics, social media/website design
  • Experience working with Google, Canva, Adobe and Office programming
  • Knowledge of website analytic tools
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Highly creative and motivated

Skills and Experience (Desirable):

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges

Qualifications:

  • A current student/finalist or recent graduate from any degree specialism to be considered, combined with experience in digital marketing.

Potential for Permanent Employment (if applicable):

  • Yes, this is an initial 12-week internship, with the potential to turn permanent if internship deemed successful
