Overview of Opportunity

We are looking for an individual to join the Kinesis team to support the Commercial and Operations Director and wider team. The successful candidate will have a passion for problem solving, enjoy client engagement, and be comfortable working in a small, dynamic team making a real difference to real people’s lives. The team is close knit, having developed remote working practices and a supportive, self-sufficient and highly ethical culture.

You will be directly involved in the day to day operations of the business, ensuring that client communications, support requests and administrative tasks are completed promptly and reliably, alongside out bound marketing and social media presence.

Role Description

Operations

Day to day requests with client base in conjunction with head of IT.

Develop and deliver training to new users within the client base.

Involvement in day-to-day ops of the Kinesis platform.

Provide on-going user support and administrative duties.

Marketing

Engage with the strategic marketing plan to drive outbound client and potential client communications including social media, direct marketing and marketing messaging and collateral.

Maintain and update current marketing material when required.

Potentially coordinate marketing any events that are scheduled.

Market Research

To conduct this search under supervision of senior members of the team, this will be in the aerospace sector and potential applications of the new expert AG platform.

 Skills and Experience (Essential):

  • Excellent computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft365 is essential.
  • Analytics skills & Reporting
  • Clear communicator in written and spoken form and able to create relationships with clients
  • Excellent personal organisation and administrative

Skills and Experience (Desirable):

  • Proficient with client and public communication
  • ML/AI knowledge
  • Team working experience
  • NHS/ Healthcare experience
  • Experience developing training material, identify and create scalable processes to apply across our client base.
  • Experience delivering training over several training mediums including workshops, webinars, video, and text-based materials.
  • Familiar with Microsoft-based Office reporting (Excel, Power BI).
  • Social media and marketing
  • Interest in sales
  • Finance experience

Qualifications:

  • No specific Degree specialism required.
