Duration:

12 weeks initial internship, with a view to turn permanent if successful

Overview of Opportunity

  • Bridgit Care believe that unpaid Carers are the most important people involved in our health
  • Bridgit develop different types of technology to support family carers, from devices to help with remote monitoring, to an online software platform designed to help carers in their caring roles and own lives – “We care for you, so you can care for them.”
  • Reporting directly to Bridgit Cares founder, the support analyst will join a small team at Bridgit Care providing support across a number of functions and projects
  • The Junior Product Analyst role will provide an opportunity to develop and learn about the product development lifecycle, from requirements, through to design, development and support
  • This will be a client facing role and will require the candidate to be flexible with the ability to work at times with limited supervision after initial training period

Role Description

  • Project Co-ordination – Updating project plans with status on product developments, and co-ordinating activities with team and clients
  • Product Support – Providing remote support for external clients using provided software tools and training
  • Product Testing – liaising internally to escalate potential queries or issues appropriately with the technical lead
  • Product Design – Completing sessions with users to confirm requirements, and develop product wireframes for solution enhancements
  • Product Portfolio – Learning and understanding Bridgit Care portfolio of services
  • Industry Expertise – Keeping UpToDate with latest developments in the industry (new products, software and updates)

Skills and Experience (Essential):

  • Previous experience working with customers
  • A positive and flexible attitude
  • Business acumen – a good understanding of business
  • Creativity in finding solutions
  • Critical and logical thinking
  • Enjoy experimenting with data
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive idea sharing combined with out-of-the-box thinking
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Skills and Experience (Desirable):

  • Creative experience with design tools (e.g. Adobe)
  • Experience working in User Interface Design
  • Understanding of the Health & Social Care System
  • Previous exposure to a role as an unpaid family carer (e.g. Looking after friend, family or neighbour)

Qualifications:

  • Finalist or graduate in Computer Science or STEM, Marketing or Business Studies
  • Related subject to be considered with demonstrable skills of the above

  • Yes, this role has the opportunity to turn permanent if initial internship deemed successful
